At Learn Resin Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home crafting supplies and kits. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused resin, molds, or tools in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from leaks or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
